Daylight Saving Time in Poland: What You Need to Know

On the night of Saturday, March 29 to Sunday, March 30, 2025, Poland will switch to daylight saving time.
At 2:00 AM, clocks will need to be set forward by one hour — to 3:00 AM.
This means we will sleep one hour less.
How to prepare for the time change:
✅ Sleep: Try going to bed a little earlier the night before — this will help your body adjust more easily to the new schedule.
✅ Clocks: Modern phones, tablets, and computers update the time automatically, but mechanical clocks must be adjusted manually.
✅ Schedule: If you have planned trips, meetings, or work shifts, check transportation timetables and business hours — not everyone may have updated their schedules in time.
Is this the last time change?
Back in 2019, the European Parliament voted to end clock changes, planning to stop the practice by 2021.
However, the decision was not fully implemented, so the switch between daylight saving and standard time continues in EU countries.
Don’t forget to account for the time change in your schedule!
