How it works:

  • Each person you successfully refer must work for at least one full month in our company. After this condition is met, you will receive a reward for each successful referral. The reward is granted after the referred person completes the probationary period and works a full month.

  • Make sure that the people you refer are aware of the requirements and ready to commit to working for a longer period.

How it works:

  • After meeting the conditions (the referred person working for a month), the reward of 300 PLN will be transferred to your account or granted in another way as specified in the program's regulations. You can use the rewards according to your preferences.
