Your referrals should be effective, meaning the new person should go through the recruitment process and start working with our company.
Earn from Recommendations
How it works:
- Each person you successfully refer must work for at least one full month in our company. After this condition is met, you will receive a reward for each successful referral. The reward is granted after the referred person completes the probationary period and works a full month.
Goal:
- Make sure that the people you refer are aware of the requirements and ready to commit to working for a longer period.
Enjoy the Benefits
How it works:
- After meeting the conditions (the referred person working for a month), the reward of 300 PLN will be transferred to your account or granted in another way as specified in the program's regulations. You can use the rewards according to your preferences.
Goal:
- Spend your earned money on whatever you want, enjoy your earnings, and continue referring new people to increase your income.
Referral Verification
Ensure that the people you refer are well-informed about the requirements and recruitment procedure to increase the likelihood of their positive decision to work and long-term employment.
Time Requirements
The condition for granting the reward is that the referred person must work a full month at the company. This means that the reward payout may take several weeks from the end of the referred candidate's work month.
Reporting and Monitoring
Remember to report the referred person before their employment and again after they have completed the required period!
