How to check if your employer in Poland is paying contributions to ZUS?

There are three ways to find out if your social security contributions are being paid:

▪️1. Online via the PUE ZUS portal

• Log in to your account

• Select the “Ubezpieczony” (Insured) tab → “Moje dane” (My data)

• Go to “Ubezpieczenia i płatnicy” (Insurances and Payers) — here you will find information about contributions, your employer, and amounts paid

• For more details, check the sections “Informacje o podstawach i składkach” (Information on bases and contributions) and “Raporty informacyjne” (Information reports)

▪️2. In person at a ZUS office

Bring your passport and residence card (if you have one). A staff member will verify your data in the system.
