How to File PIT Online?

Starting from February 15, the submission of tax declarations for 2024 has begun. Polish taxpayers can quickly and conveniently submit their declarations online using one of three available methods.

Three Ways to File PIT Online:

✅ Twój e-PIT (details) – The most popular method for filing a tax declaration. The system automatically fills in the declaration based on data received from tax authorities. To log in, registration in e-Urzęd Skarbowy is required, available through:

  • login.gov.pl (trusted profile, mObywatel, e-ID, online banking);
  • Tax data (PESEL/NIP + income amount).

✅ e-Deklaracje (details) – Taxpayers can manually select the PIT form, fill it out online, and sign it with an electronic signature or authorization data. After successful submission, the system issues a UPO (official confirmation of declaration acceptance).

✅ e-Urzęd Skarbowy Mobile App (details) – New in 2024! The app allows declarations to be submitted directly from a smartphone. To access it, a one-time registration via login.gov.pl is required.

The declaration must be submitted by April 30, 2025. Don’t delay—take advantage of online services for a fast and secure PIT submission!
