How to start your career in Poland as an international student?

We explored this question during Career Bootcamp 2025 – an intensive, hands-on online program for international students who plan their professional future in Poland.

Prime People had the pleasure to deliver a lecture on the employment of foreigners in Poland – hosted by Akademia WSB.

Nearly 290 students from different parts of the world participated!

We discussed topics such as:
✅ types of employment and civil law contracts,
⚖️ employee rights and obligations,
️ social security and contributions,
key challenges faced by international candidates.

Career Bootcamp is a great initiative that offers real support at the beginning of a career path in Poland.
