In 2025, the e-Consul system will be fully launched abroad

This year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine plans to significantly expand the functionality of the e-Consul system by introducing new digital services for Ukrainians living abroad.

Plans and New Services

⚪️ Online Notarial Services:

The possibility of automated preparation of powers of attorney or statements through e-Consul. Users will be able to fill out the information online, and when visiting diplomatic missions, they will find a document ready for signing.

⚪️ Issuance of Driver’s Licenses:

The government plans to begin issuing driver’s licenses abroad in the spring of 2025.

⚪️ Courier Delivery of Passports:

In February 2025, in cooperation with Nova Poshta, a passport delivery service will be launched in several countries at an affordable price.

⚪️ Registration of Child Births Abroad:

In the second half of 2025, Ukrainians will be able to access a comprehensive service that includes:

▪️ Birth registration
▪️ Acquisition of Ukrainian citizenship
▪️ Obtaining a tax identification number (RNOKPP)
▪️ Inclusion in the demographic register

⚪️ Issuance of ID Cards and Tax Numbers:

These services will become available at consulates in the second half of the year.
