New e-Tax Office app – a convenience for foreigners in Poland!

In January 2025, the National Tax Administration (KAS) launched the mobile e-Tax Office app, making it even easier to manage tax matters!

✅ Available in three languages: Polish, Ukrainian, and English, making it user-friendly for foreigners working in Poland.

✅ You can check your tax data, PIT returns, the status of your tax refund, and any outstanding liabilities.

✅ You can submit documents online, including:

an application for a tax clearance certificate,

an income inquiry,

a notice of delayed tax payment,

and various tax returns (PIT, CIT, VAT, etc.).

How to log in?

To use the app, you need to authenticate via login.gov.pl (trusted profile, e-ID, or online banking). After your first registration, you’ll gain access with a PIN.

Payment options: Currently, BLIK and electronic transfer are available, with more payment methods coming soon.

ℹ️ What’s next?

At the moment, the app only supports individuals, but it is planned to expand its functionality for businesses in the future.
