We Offer:
- Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 30.50 – 32.00 gross
- For students under 26 years old: PLN 30.50 net (you must confirm student status)
- For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 24.60 net
- Work in a two-shift schedule, 8 to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week
- Working hours per month: approx. 220–280
- Break time for an 8-hour shift is 15 minutes; for a 12-hour shift, there are two breaks (15 minutes)
- Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 20/day)
- Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
- We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry
Job Duties:
Depending on the department: Hot cooking, cold cooking, packaging, and logistics
- Preparation of ingredients: slicing, weighing, and dosing (e.g., shredded cabbage/carrots in kettles)
- Operating professional catering equipment (cooking kettles, mixers, etc.) for large-scale cooking
- Verification of the quality and conformity of dishes with recipes
- Transporting semi-finished products and finished meals within the kitchen (trolleys/containers on wheels)
- Disinfecting and washing machines and equipment (e.g., cleaning cooking kettles with a pressure hose)
- Packaging finished products into containers
- Quality control of products
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workplace
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in temperatures of 0 to +20°C
- Physical readiness to work (8 - 12 hours on your feet)
- Adherence to personal hygiene rules
- Basic knowledge of operating modern kitchen equipment will be an additional asset.
- Communicative level of Polish is required
