PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in the employment of foreigners. In short, we recruit and hire foreign nationals and offer outsourcing services for our clients or provide temporary work placement under the APT framework. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Workplace: Tychy, Katowice + Silesian Voivodeship (business trips)

As a Customer Service and Foreign Employee Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for comprehensive service for international clients, providing support in administrative procedures, integration, and adaptation of foreigners in the local market, coordinating the implementation processes of new employees, and organizing training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support for foreigners during the onboarding process – assisting with adaptation, organizing introductory training.
  2. Communication with business clients – maintaining good relationships with company partners and resolving their issues.
  3. Coordinating recruitment processes – collaborating with the HR department, monitoring the progress of new employees' integration, and analyzing their needs during employment.
  4. Organizing and overseeing accommodation – ensuring housing conditions are appropriate and maintaining comfort for foreign workers.
  5. Solving problems and conflicts – reacting quickly to reported difficulties and implementing effective solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in customer service or HR (experience working with foreigners is a plus).
  2. Good knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish (knowledge of additional languages, e.g., English or Spanish, will be a significant advantage).
  3. Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  4. Highly developed interpersonal skills, including empathy and patience.
  5. A valid category B driving license (final requirement).
