We invite independent recruiters and recruitment agencies with experience in conducting recruitment processes for specialist, managerial, and senior-level positions to collaborate with us. Scope of Cooperation:
Independently managing recruitment processes for our clients.
Actively sourcing candidates using direct search and networking methods.
Conducting initial interviews and recommending top talent.
Continuous cooperation and communication with our team and clients.
Support in offer negotiations and process finalization.
What do we expect?
Min. 2 years of experience in recruitment.
Knowledge of the market and modern candidate sourcing methods.
Independence and high effectiveness in project implementation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
