Food production – filling the mixture into machines

PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Contract Type: Contract of Mandate

We Offer:

1. Hourly rate from 25.00 - 26.00 PLN net; START - 25.00 PLN net
2. Hourly rate for students under 26: 30.50 PLN net (student status must be confirmed)
3. Hourly rate for non-students under 26: 26.65 PLN net
4. Two 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
5. Two 20-minute breaks (unlimited drinks - coffee, tea, water) if you work 12 hours. One 20-minute break if you work 8 hours.
6. Monthly hours ≈ 200 - 250
7. Company-provided accommodation, 2-4people per room without bunk beds (accommodation cost 17 PLN/day)
8. Own accommodation + 1 PLN per hour
9. Full social security contributions - pension, sickness, accident insurance

Job Duties section 1:

1. Your main task will be to fill the hopper (production mixture) into the packaging machine
2. Monitor the filling level of the machines
3. Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace

Job Duties section 2:

1. Preparing the machine for filling
2. Verifying the label number on the bags for filling and the number on the machine you are filling into
3. Refilling the input into the machine
4. Lifting bags using a special machine, as shown in the video
5. Filling out documents
6. Maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation

Requirements:

1. Readiness for physical work
2. Adherence to sanitary regulations in the plant
3. Diligence and honesty
4. Basic Polish communication skills are an advantage

1. We provide constant contact with a coordinator and daily support

6. We will conduct the necessary medical examinations and health and safety training (cost of examinations 350 PLN)
7. Temperature in the plant ~20 degrees Celsius (air-conditioned plant)
8. No smoking on the premises
9. Protective clothing is mandatory
