Contract Type: Contract of Mandate
We Offer:
- Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 31.40 – 35.00 gross
- For students under 26 years old: PLN 31.40 net (you must confirm student status)
- For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 26.36 net
- Shift system: two shifts of 12 hours, 5–6 days a week, 06:00–18:00, 18:00–06:00
- Working hours per month: approx. 240–280
- During a 12-hour shift, there are two breaks (15 minutes each).
- Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 22/day)
- Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
- We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry
Job Duties:
- Operating systems
- Reading warehouse documents (PZ, WZ, RW)
- Accuracy and responsibility – mistakes in raw materials = mistakes in production
- Cooperation with production, working with documents in Polish
- Counting stock levels and controlling discrepancies
Requirements:
- Willingness to work at temperatures of +4 / +7°C
- Willingness to perform physical work (12 hours on your feet)
- Good eyesight
- Good organization of own work
- Compliance with personal hygiene rules
- Knowledge of warehouse management – receipts, issues, FIFO/FEFO, inventories
- Experience in a raw materials or production warehouse
- Ability to communicate in Polish
