We Offer:
- Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 31.40 – 33.50 gross
- For students under 26 years old: PLN 31.40 net (you must confirm student status)
- For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 25.36 net
- 5-brigade system: 2 days 06:00 - 14:00, 2 days 14:00 - 22:00, 2 days 22:00 - 14:00, followed by 4 days off (there is a possibility to work on a day off)
- Working hours per month: approx ≈ 160 - 180
- 15-minute break
- Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 22/day)
- Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
- We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry

Job Duties:
- Sorting waste paper and waste (eliminating contaminants)
- Feeding raw material onto conveyors
- Collecting, strapping, labeling, and securing finished bales of waste paper or large paper rolls
- Operating, monitoring, and controlling the operating parameters of production machinery (e.g., paper machine, winder)
- Maintaining production continuity, quickly responding to breakdowns or irregularities
- Cleaning and maintenance of machines and the workstation
Requirements:
- Readiness to work in dusty conditions
- Good physical fitness
- Adherence to personal hygiene rules
- Communicative Polish language
