PRIME PEOPLE provides professional support in employing foreigners. In short, we recruit and employ foreigners and offer outsourcing services for our clients or direct individuals to temporary work in an APT (Temporary Work Agency) model. We are a family-owned company with 100% Polish capital.

Contract Type: Contract of Mandate
We Offer:
- Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 30.50 – 35.00 gross
- For students under 26 years old: PLN 30.50 net (you must confirm student status)
- For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 25.80 net
- Work in a two-shift schedule, 8 to 12 hours a day, 5 to 6 days a week
- Working hours per month: approx. ≈ 200–240
- Break time for an 8-hour shift is 30 minutes; for a 12-hour shift, there are two breaks (20 and 25 minutes)
- Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 17/day)
- Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
- We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry
Job Duties:
- Manual work involving lifting and carrying crates with products
- Packing goods into boxes and transporting them to the warehouse
- Preparing goods for shipment
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in temperatures of +4 to +6°C
- Physical readiness to work (8 - 12 hours on your feet)
- Experience working with a scanner
- Adherence to personal hygiene rules
- Communicative level of Polish is required
