We Offer:
- Hourly wage: PLN ≈ 31.40 – 35.00 gross
- For students under 26 years old: PLN 31.40 net (you must confirm student status)
- For persons under 26 without student status: approx. PLN ≈ 26.36 net
- Work in a two-shift schedule, 8 to 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, shifts: 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00, 14:00-02:00, 20:00-08:00, depending on orders
- Working hours per month: approx. 220–280
- Break time for an 8-hour shift is 15 minutes; for a 12-hour shift, there are two breaks (15 minutes)
- Accommodation in an employee hostel: 3–4 people per room, no bunk beds, separate rooms for couples (cost: PLN 22/day)
- Own accommodation: + PLN 1 net per hour
- We pay full ZUS contributions – pension, disability, health insurance, accident insurance, labor fund, and FGŚP – which is not always guaranteed in our industry
Job Duties:
- Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with applicable procedures, die changes, film replacement
- Participation in the production and packaging process of food products (ready meals)
- Maintaining production documentation in accordance with requirements
- Verifying the quality and compliance of dishes with recipes
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in temperatures of +4 to +7°C
- Physical readiness to work (8 - 12 hours on your feet)
- Adherence to personal hygiene rules
- Good eyesight
- Basic knowledge of operating modern kitchen equipment will be an additional asset
- Communication in Polish
