As a Specialist in Recruitment and Qualification of Foreigners, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of recruitment processes and support in social media.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting candidates via phone, email, and social networks, always with a smile and professionalism.
- Conducting recruitment processes at various levels in the organization.
- Providing detailed information about our offers, helping candidates choose the best solutions.
- Collaborating with coordinators to define candidate requirements and profiles.
- Entering and updating accurate information in the HRappka system.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish (knowledge of an additional language, such as English or Spanish, will be a big advantage).
- We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, communicative, and diligent, easily establishing positive relationships and capable of listening.
- Knowledge of employment and legalization of foreigners or willingness to learn.
- Preference for those who enjoy stationary work, where contact with people is crucial, and this form of work is familiar to them.
- Experience in recruitment, especially with foreigners, is a plus.
- Ability to respond to candidates' needs, especially in difficult life situations, is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
