As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies. We are looking for a creative person who will become the face of our social media and help us build engaging content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media profiles: create a consistent company image on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create and edit creative videos – from TikTok trends to professional promotional sessions.
- Write posts: create engaging descriptions, plan publication schedules, and select appropriate tools.
- Appear on camera – yes, we are looking for someone to become the face of Prime People!
- Build relationships with our community, respond to comments and messages.
- Manage advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, and optimize performance.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in video editing tools: Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or others.
- Creativity and knowledge of social media trends – you know what’s trending on TikTok.
- Confidence in front of the camera – you are natural and authentic in your actions.
- Good organizational skills – planning and punctuality are your second nature.
- Fluency in Polish and Ukrainian, English is also welcomed.
