As a Specialist in Work and Residence Legalization for Foreigners, you will be responsible for comprehensive management of processes related to the legalization of foreigners' residence and employment in our company.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and management of full documentation related to the employment of foreigners (notifications, declarations, work permits, single residence and work permits).
- Active advisory support for employers and foreigners regarding required documents and employment legalization procedures.
- Ongoing cooperation with Labor Offices, Border Guard, Provincial Office, and other institutions regarding the employment of foreigners, including organizing trips to these institutions with foreigners.
- Assisting foreigners throughout the process of obtaining and extending their residence status in Poland.
- Active cooperation with other company departments to ensure comprehensive support for foreigners.
- Entering and updating accurate information in the HRappka system.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Ukrainian and Polish (knowledge of additional languages, e.g., English or Spanish, will be a great asset).
- We are looking for individuals who are empathetic, communicative, and conscientious, able to establish positive relationships and listen actively.
- Knowledge of employment law and foreigner legalization processes or willingness to learn.
- We prefer individuals who enjoy working on-site, where interaction with people is key, and who are familiar with this type of work.
- Experience in the field of legalization, especially with foreigners, is welcome.
- Ability to respond to candidates' needs, particularly in difficult life situations, will be an asset.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
