For our Client – a renowned organization operating in the railway transport and logistics sector – we are seeking experienced candidates for the position of Train Driver / Locomotive Driver in international operations.

This opportunity is intended for individuals who want to work in a modern operational environment, develop international competencies, and carry out transport services on routes between Poland and Germany.

Responsibilities

The person employed in this position will be responsible for:

1. operating traction vehicles in domestic and international railway traffic,
2. carrying out transport operations in accordance with applicable procedures and safety standards,
3. performing inspection and control activities before departure,
4. maintaining operational documentation,
5. cooperating with dispatchers and railway traffic services,
6. ensuring safety and maintaining a high standard of transport operations.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

1. a valid train driver’s license and certificate,
2. experience working as a train driver,
3. readiness to work in international operations,
4. communicative knowledge of German or willingness to develop language skills,
5. responsibility, independence, and a high work ethic.

Additional qualifications allowing the operation of traction vehicles in Germany will be considered an advantage.
