Senate against mandatory employment contracts in the APT model!

A breakthrough decision for the labor market!

The Senate has given the green light to flexible employment of foreigners in Poland!

If these amendments pass:
✅ Temporary employment agencies will NOT be required to use only employment contracts.

✅ It will still be possible to hire under civil law contracts, which will significantly reduce costs and simplify hiring processes!

Additionally:
❌ Article 87, which provided for increased penalties in the Labor Code, has been removed.

❌ Article 99, allowing for unannounced cross-inspections, has been deleted.

What does this mean for companies? ➡ Greater flexibility in employing foreigners.

➡ Lower costs for employers.

➡ Faster and less complicated recruitment processes.

Now the bill goes to the Sejm, which will decide on its final form on March 19–20!
